Initial thoughts are positive. Paul turned up at the designated time and did a diagnostic test which only proved his initial thoughts and visual inspection. He was personable and professional. There was no doubt that he was extremely knowledgeable regarding my type of Mercedes and his quote to repair is a quarter of that quoted by Mercedes. Paul also identified a couple of other minor problems which I was aware of but at no time have Mercedes mentioned these even after regular servicing and diagnostic tests with them. So far so good. I have made an appointment for Paul to attend my home address on Wednesday to carry out the repairs. I will update following Paul's next visit.

Paul knows his stuff, unfortunately I'm going to have get rid of the car but if I got another Mecedes, then I would certainly use him again.

Paul was punctual for his appointment, completed the agreed evaluation within 2 hours and has since produced a detailed report on the issues with my Mercedes CL500, supported by photos of the problem areas - leaving me to ponder on whether fixes, to make the car roadworthy, will be worthwhile. A knowledgeable and professional service.
Refreshing to at last meet a skilled and experienced Mercedes mechanic. As a female I am truly grateful to have found Paul. He will be my go to Mechanic from now on and I will be referring him to my freinds and family. Paul fixed and resolved the issue and provided sound advice regarding my car. Cost a lot more than I was expecting but was due to quotes from other garages not being complete for all the parts required. Paul arrived on time and did a brilliant job. He explained the problem demonstrating it to me within the engine. My car now runs perfectly. Very happy with the final result.

We had a bit of a communications glitch about the work that meant we didn't conclude the work. On initial communication and approach (in hindsight) I would feel comfortable talking to him again and feel comfortable he would do a great job

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone with issues with there vehicle. He was prompt, reasonably priced and very professional. Paul diagnosed the issues and was able to advise in writing the best way forward. Hopefully he will do the repair on the car also.
Paul is knowledgeable person and he diagnosed the auto transmission issue using his advanced computer and advised next steps. I definitely recommend him.

Paul was extremely helpful and also diagnosed my car and explained the faults so that a non-technical person can understand. He also very quickly identified the cause of an issue I had, which the Mercedes dealers couldn't identify. Would totally recommend.
Very good mobile mechanic! Paul was very polite and spend time to explain to me what he is doing and why. Very happy with the service even though eventually he found more problems than expected and we did't go ahead with the repair.
Paul’s initial quote misunderstood the job, but once he realised the work involved, his quote was very reasonable - slightly below a typical hourly rate for an independent mechanic and less than half the price of the Merc Dealer. Arranging the job was excellent, Paul fitted me in around his other work and did the job on the weekend, working a very long Sunday to ensure he finished. The quality of the work was excellent, all very tidy and Paul was happy to explain what he was doing whenever I popped out. I’ll definitely be using him again.

“ The only minor issue was that he actually saw the car many hours ahead of schedule, which was a good think, however, as i couldnt answer my phone in time he couldnt tell me he had just inspected the car, the owner got a little anxious and had to notify me via text as to why I had not contacted them back about the car, but prior to this she had accepted another offer which led to me losing out on the car. This was totally not down to Paul, who supplied good photos and descriptions later that day when i called him back. Would highly recommend Paul “
